We helped with the framing, drywall, painting & trim of this basement remodel
We helped transform this entire basement to a livable space. We started off by framing each wall, added drywall, added new prehung doors, painted & then installed all the trim. This basement remodel turned out great and added a ton of value to the home.
In this remodel we utilized an open concept for a large family room, they didn't want individual bedrooms. We also finished the hallway with a wall mounted fireplace leading up to this new family room.
Basement additions are the absolute cheapest way to add square footage to your home and increase the value. In single story homes, adding a finished basement will nearly double the home's size for a fraction of the cost of a new addition onto a home.
